Land Rental
Our lots are 40 x 100/4000 sq. ft. overlooking the grazing cattle of the adjacent farm land. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, with Scarborough Community Park within walking distance. Our park has a private stocked fishing pond and trail with hammocks and benches. We also have a community garden.
Utilities
Included in the land rental is trash removal and mowing, water and sewer. Residents are responsible for electricity.
