About Korin Binder
Korin Binder has been a Realtor since 2006. She started as a Buyer’s Agent in 2007 and transitioned to an independent agent in 2010 handling the transactions of over 550 sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants through the years. Korin is also a Licensed Appraiser in the State of Texas and has been providing valuation services for residential properties since 2012 which adds another dimension of service to her Real Estate clients.
Korin holds multiple licenses within the real estate industry, possessing a Sales Associate tenure since 2006 and acquiring her Licensed Real Estate Broker status in 2023. Initially commencing her career as a Buyer’s Agent in 2007, she transitioned to an independent agent in 2010. Over the years, she has adeptly managed transactions for over 1,200 sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants.
