Welcome to Paradise Tiny Home Community, a revitalized gem with a rich history. Originally built in the early 1960s, the unique location, adjacent to Desert Hot Springs and just 25 minutes from Palm Springs, offers residents some of the most breathtaking mountain views in the area.
Unlike many other parks, Paradise Tiny Home Community welcomes residents of all ages, making it a truly inclusive and vibrant community. With the new owners injecting new life into the community, we are excited to announce that approximately 90 new tiny homes will soon fill the vacant lots, creating a thriving neighborhood that combines the charm of the past with the promise of a bright future.
At the heart of the community stands a newly remodeled clubhouse. Here, residents can enjoy a range of impressive amenities, including a resort-style pool area, complete with updated facilities and a hot tub that provides a truly luxurious and rejuvenating experience. Unwind and connect with friends and neighbors at the outdoor fire pit and lounge areas or host a delightful barbecue in our designated BBQ area.
They understand the importance of staying fit and active, which is why they have included a well-equipped workout room with state-of-the-art equipment.
